Have you recently donated? It happened to me when I donated months ago it's kinda like a ban removing all permissions :S

Last week i donated it might be that. Also my uni ISP changes it's IP all the time. the most recent being about an hour or 2 ago. Thats when this started happening.

May be an ip that wilco as banned before, you will have to check with wilcro on that.

That's because that section is for white listed police officers only. Apart from the public section of course.
