TL;DR

Conditions:

• Upto 40 calendar days to complete the request
• Option fee of upto £10 can be charged per request

Result:

• All data about you, minus explicit exclusions, must be provided.
• The reason the data is being held.
• If it will be passed on to other organisations or people.
• Any data currently being processed and for what reason. 
• The reason any automatic decision is made, eg Banned by Anti-hack script. 

Don't expect all data to be removed. If you have bans/strikes etc they can keep them for a reasonable time so that if you ever came back they have a record of them. But after the server dies or x years, that data needs to be deleted technically, unless there is a valid reason not to.

defo go with this first. But it's always useful to know your rights, and what you're entitled to.

Well sending me a colourful email is hardly asking and is never pleasant.

But it did the trick for that you get a free ban and your account is fully disabled forever
