Name of the person you are reporting (in-game name): Christian - although a lot of people reported that he changed his name to Charles Manson later and possibly even again after that
Time & Date this happened: approx 16:00 18/11/2014
Description of what happened: As you can see in the video, I was minding my own business in the green zone waiting for a friend to log on and I was knocked out and robbed by Christian, he also knocked out another player called Jani in the green zone.
In the 2nd segment of the video (50s onwards) I was talking with some other players, again in the green zone and I was knocked out twice by Christian again. He also knocked out the player named Protestant Boy (not captured, but you can see he is unconscious when I wake up.
This Christian carried on knocking people out without any RP and generally making a nuisance of himself. He states in side chat (captured at about 50s onwards) that robbing people in the green zone is allowed, news to me!
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I asked him in side chat to compensate me for my stolen money and I also sent him an in-game message via text. No response.

I feel bad making a 2nd post in 2 days, as I feel I'm just a whiner now, but seeing as I run shadowplay all the time while I play and this guy was being a right nuisance to everyone I felt like I needed to act.
