With regards to resolving an issue...

Just a quick question about a situation that me and a friend just had to deal with.

So long story short, there was a situation, and we called player A, to TS to resolve. Player A doesn't turn up, but player B comes along to speak on their behalf.

This doesn't seem right to me, surly when trying to resolve issues, the people directly involved should be the ones there, not someone's mate who heard only one side of the story?

It may just be me, but like I said, this doesn't seem right.

Thanks

C

Completely agree, however there is not a lot you can do about it. To be honest you got lucky anyone came to speak. What you do from there is up to you but hopefully it was all resolved

I personally ALWAYS try get the person directly involved into teamspeak. They cannot send a representativ as that doesn't satisfy me, therefore it won't get resolved because of their own ignorace. This results in them either joining, or a nice conversation with their friend.
