Basically what happened was, I was driving from the checkpoint to Paros on a little patrol a police hatchback comes at me. FAST. It leaves the road and flies all over the place.

Concerned for the safety of the citizens of Altis I decide to pull over the traffic offender and had the great idea to try to give him a ticket using powers of confusion by RPing completely wasted..

It worked.. And I managed to somehow acquire a rapist..
