I have now lost my gear 3 times due to not syncing. Only after I lost donator.... So now I'm down over 1.2 million.. or more... I only have video evidence for one occasion (the 2nd), thought it was just unlucky, but now it happen 3 times in a row so now I would like some cash back .

(i think once i had the money back as if i hadn't bought the gear. but now i'm down over 1.2 million, but only asking for what i have evidence for).

The question is here are you manually syncing your data ? there is no automatic sync anymore as it was causing issues with the DB. ?

I wasnt aware I had to manually sync :S. I thought it would save close to restarts, like it does when you log off .

When exactly do I need to sync? Everytime my inv changes?

Everytime your inventory changes or you cash stuff at the ATM

We announced this in patch notes about a week ago to reduce strain on arma3server talking to the DB
