Am I just unlucky?

I went to black market to get a gun (i had no gun), 500k on me lel have to get there somehow. So I turn up at the black market and some guy pops out in front of me, caps me, robs me, and runs off. Nothing said. (I paused for a sec trying to remember the "Hands up" shortcut haha).

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Yes, actually he seemed at first like he was goign to be apologetic, and then quickly turned in to a "don't care" attitude :/.
