Please (in detail) describe the incident

We where on normal patrol and discovered an mask man robbing an hobo in Agios. On the video he where Fredik, and clearly shoot at us and killed SGT Daniel Emprex without inniciation and per video combat logged while restrained. I have not resolved this situation due to the combat log.
