Me and my friend was taking a taxi to Kavala, when a hatchback stopped the taxa to rob us. he told us to get out of the taxa. i got out of the taxa with my gun out, to try to roleplay us out of this. as soon as i got my weapon out and went to talk to him, he killed us both without any quality initiation. He also tried to execute us without any roleplay, luckily he could not execute us, because he was using a MX. i tried to get him on TS to resolve, but he never wrote me back

The initiation is pretty bad yes, however at the same time you did run directly towards him ignoring his instructions and then attempt to pull a weapon out directly in front of him.  I can see exactly why he took the action he took.

I won't be banning him for this for the above reasons however I will put a note on his account regarding it.
