I was driving around in my truck gathering some items for a future rp situation and i these two guys on a quilin start following me. they claimed to have initiated on me but all they did was, according to them, yell for me to stop from inside the car. given that this manner of initiation is not legitimate the shots they shot at me after (still inside the vehicle) are accounted as RDM. unfortunately the nvidia instant replay missed a bit of the pursue so i can only report for the break of rp they did after they crashed into me.
after the incident police and nhs arrived and i tried to get them on ts. they did not show up however.

The video you provide unfortunately does not contain enough evidence in order for us to take action as we've no way of knowing what the RP initiation consisted of, and we're unable to act purely on accusations.  It's also inconclusive as to whether this was VDM, or a high speed chase that ended in a traffic collision as you did turn quite unexpectedly and I doubt they would have had time to react.

With that said, I don't doubt your version of events as these two have popped up on our radar a few times this week,  Emil has already been banned for a separate incident. Even so, we can only act on the evidence provided, and in this case it's not enough.

For that reason, and the fact you've said you do not have the start of the video, I have to reject this report.
