What best describes this incident ?: Vehicle Deathmatch

Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was running down the road towards sandy shores and a taxi swerved into me from his side of the road, hitting me and killing me then going immediately back to his side of the road. He returned approx 4 minutes later to say 'are you alright, i'll take you to a hospital' before bundling me into the boot and a long 10 minute ride to pillbox with no communication other than 'are you still there, I thought you were dead'.

Good evening @380bhp, what you're claiming here is RVDM.

For reports such as RVDM, we do require footage which shows 3-5 minutes prior to the reported incident.
Are you able to provide such evidence? 

 
No unfortunately not, I used xbox game bar to record last 30 seconds 😞

 
unfortunately with such a small clip we can't clearly obtain full context of the video. In the future please try to provide at least 3 minutes.
