Please (in detail) describe the incident: i was with my friend at mrpd and 1113 decides to jump onto to my friends car in which i reversed and he had fallen off the bonnet. This resulted in him being on floor he then proceeds to say we were trying to run him over , in which i wasnt we then go round the corner and repair my friends car in which he had followed us around the corner and i had told him i have a gun pointing at him in which he then runs off in his car after me telling him i had a gun pointing at him which he was fully aware of at the time. he then comes back and shoots me in the head.

the image ive provided cleary shows that he knew he had a gun pointing at him at that current time.

sorry my bad i didnt see that i had a response at the time and yes i do, but its not my pov is from a guy who id 1113 was with stream.
