Questions about bounty hunting

Ok so I have just bought the Bounty Hunter License and before doing bounty hunter stuff I want to know some things. I know these questions may seem stupid but I do not know anything about cop related stuff so I am a total noob at bounty hunting too. I have tried to look for information in the forum and ingame but there is no information, correct me if I am wrong. Here are the questions:

1. Is the PDW a taser now? If not, how do we catch armed criminals alive?

2. When is the bounty paid? Does the criminal have to be alive? If so, is there a send to jail button or do we have to take them to HQ and let cops process them?

3. Can we use donator weapons while bounty hunting?

4. Can we catch criminals before they are in the wanted list? For example, I see a guy in the cocaine field and I know he is commiting a crime, can I restrain him? Is there a "Search for drugs" button and/or a "Check licences" button?

5. Is it necessary to wear the bounty hunter equipment?

6. How do we recognise criminals without metagaming? I mean, cops may see their faces while commiting the crime but we don't. Does the wanted list "show" the criminal's face? How do we recognise a criminal who is wearing a mask?

7. Can we restrain a whole gang who is with a criminal in order to prevent possible attacks against us?

8. If a bounty hunter starts chasing me like a cop would, can I shoot him without asking?

I must have forgotten many of the questions I had lol, anyways, I hope someone answers quick because I want to start bounty hunting as soon as possible. I suggest making a guide too because not all people is like me, they will do whatever they want instead of asking, so making a guide and enforcing them to read it would be nice.

1. Yes, it's a tazer if you're a Bounty hunter. It only works on people with a bounty though (everyone else will be immune)

2. You get paid when you send them to jail, which you can do by escorting them to certain location (such as Bounty hunter HQ) and using "Send to jail". Currently you get paid 100% of their bounty, but I believe they are going to reduce this to 50%.

3. You can buy them, don't know if you're allowed to use rebel weapons as bounty hunter though.

4. There are no such buttons, and seeing that they don't have a bounty at that point that would be none of our business. We're not cops, after all.

5. No idea. I haven't been using it, I don't see why you would have to. 

6. As far as I understand, you will get a "picture" of everyone with a bounty. So you'll recognize their faces when you see them. If they're wearing a mask, there are other RP ways of getting their name. By the way, you can also buy information about a target from the citizens of Altis (in other words, from the bounty menu) for 2500, which will give you their last known location.

I might be wrong about some of this stuff, so don't take my word for it. I haven't seen any official rules for bounty hunters yet.

You cannot shoot a cop without asking, there's a 3 minute rule. During the first 3 minutes of a chase a police officer cannot shoot at the person unless fired upon first. The same goes for rebels, you cannot just jump out of a car and start blowing holes into cops the moment they start turning their lights on.

So, if I get off the vehicle (during the first three minutes) with a gun in my hands aiming at them but I don't shoot, they can't tase me before roleplaying, am I wrong?

Again, police should only taze you if you're being a threat or running away, if they get out of the vehicle and warn you, you're free to fire upon them.

Helloooo everybodyyy I recently brought the bounty hunters license, when I tazed the bounty even with a zip tye I could not restrain him via scroll or windows key, am I missing something? am I meant to buy handcuffs? After I could not restrain the bounty to avoid tazer spam I ran off left him logged out and came here, any help would be great.

question on number 6. where can i find that bounty menu ? in HQ ? theres a wanted list but theres no option for buying tip and where can i get those picture ?
