Hello, here to give QOL suggestions to the 3 other PDs outside of MRPS given we can now spawn at them, i'll just go down the list of PDs and put in pics/coords for stuff if needs be

Paleto:
Public parking

Police Computer/law directory inside cells at PC:

The Pros:

makes cell work faster in other PDs, lowers time in those cells compared to Mission Row, maybe makes other PDs more used as the stuff is there for it

The Cons:
