Turns out player was given the money even tho saying he "made it". Issue is sorted.

After i posted the report. You said "i made 11 mill in one night" what did you expect ?, we checked your profile, you had an offroad, you said you made the money even tho you just had an offroad, you then sent money to some TKC members (which sent the money back or dropped it, please check the logs). Because you sent money to some of them i reported you.

Nothing else to say here, logs will be checked and so on.
