No response to BA application???

I applied for the BA on sunday its been over 48 hours now since I applied and still no reponse. 

I realised after the application had been sent that I had made an error in my ingame name I spoke to a support staff member and he said there shouldnt be a problem as I had put my steam ID in. After this I just left it and awaited a response but still no answer? Don't know whether I've been accepted or not. 

Any one able to help me out?
