Love & Hate (Locations edition)

I'm not entirely sure if a lot of you have travelled, but I'll give it a try anyway. I've found myself spending my weekend back and fourth to København (Copenhagen) and trying to compare it to other cities I've been too. I love this city, and hate it. It's the bane of my life, but also a place I can't stop going too. If you're lucky enough to find yourself here, but at the same time find yourself in Nørreport, you'll understand what I mean. You can be at the very heart, surrounded by people rushing to work on their bikes, almost getting run over by bad taxi drivers or find yourself dodging human traffic in a desperate bid to get to a safe haven, yet you're nothing more than 30 metres from a tiny square with a fountain, sitting outside a cafe where the world seems to stand still and time is not a care to man kind. This city doesn't compare to London, New York, Lahore or Paris. It's like time travel to me.

Central Copenhagen is truly a fantastic place. I used to live literally next to the central train station, could never get enough of it. Miss it everyday to be honest.

Glad you agree! It's amazing here, so amazing I end up hitting my head against the wall in anger, I'm heading back to Næstved now, Jutland (unsure how it's spelt) Friday, stand by for cursing, raging and tears!

Used to live in South Africa, just outside Cape Town. It was very nice for awhile until we had to move

I can imagine! I have a mate who used to work in South Africa doing armed security for PMCs. He told me he hated it haha

I have a couple of places that I have visited that I loved, Here are some. I hope you enjoy and sorry that I kinder spammed the thread!

Of course my Birth place which I love completely! London!

Each year I go Snowboard with friends and one of my favourite places is Andorra just between France and Spain.

Austria Snowboarding.

Another one of my favourite places I visit every year as I have friends who live there is Chicago. I go there and pretty much eat junk food.

I live in New Zealand, Auckland for 6 months. New Zealand is one of the most beautiful and amazing countries I have ever been and the people are amazing!

My Ex Gf was German, She was from Dresden so I went there a lot to visit her family with her. Another beautiful city.

One of my most favourite holidays so far is Greece, I went to Rhodes, it was amazing!

I also have been to Copenhagen and agree that it is fantastic.

Well never been to København besides the airport on my way to Norway, but with my love of Scandinavian region it's on my list of places to see

One place I absolutely love is a Swedish island called Gotland, I spent a year living there and was a really great place. I was in a old medieval town called Visby, with a large part of the old wall around its outskirts still in tact, towers and gates leading into the town. Small quaint streets, some good pubs, nice old buildings and a beautiful shoreline made living there most awesome. Hot summers, and harsh winters, just how I like it tbh, 4 distinct seasons unlike UK where everything is just mashed up into one most of the time

Looks amazing! I've only been to a few places in Sweden, Borland is not one of them. Adding this to my bucket list!
