I wonder if this video contains any data about the location of their gang base... If so, then all I'm going to say is you'd better prepare.

I think BBC Altis was the once who published it.
They might be able to provide location of were it was filmed.

Seems like they used a old camera, but who knows what kinda traces that can be found.

From close sources I heard they are ready with heavy arms for anything.

Meh, if you go after PLF like you went after The Capitol then they have nothing to fear!

Besides this hobo gang barely touches the surface when it comes to damage, The Capitol however. So theres no reason to try and hunt them down.
