Right now you have the "Weapon Bench" permission on the F6 that allows members to use the crafting bench if the group has one.
With the permission you can craft quite a lot of things, including engraved weapons.
What I want to suggest is adding an extra rule for crafting engraved weapons. This makes it easier to pass out crafting permissions to lower ranks without limiting it to senior ranks.
This has probably been suggested before, and will most likely not affect a lot of people.
Pros: Easier to manage gangs.
Cons: Probably even less engraved pistols on the market.
