Description of what happened: Man was given a chance to put his weapon on the ground, and he opened fire in HQ killing two officers
What Rule Was Broken ?: 6B) You are unable to kill anyone in a blue zone (Punishment is a ban)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: no. blatent rule braking.
