Please provide full detail and evidence: I purchased a Rat Bike and proceeded to Bennys for some modifications. After purchasing what I wanted, to the amount of £49,075, I stored the bike outside Mission Row Police Station, public parking lot - as shown in the video below.

After the restart, the bike was found in Legion Upper Parking, with zero modifications on it.

Here's a list of upgrades that was made to the Rat Bike, also shown in the video of course.
