Two quick questions for you. 

a) At what time (roughly) did this occur?

b) Did you store your vehicle before the server shutdown or was it left out?

It was last night when the server restarted, i had a 5 min notification so i went and stored by benson

I can try and get my Stream VOD of me storing it

What time restart? There were 2 restarts yesterday

9 pm which was the restart for the update on the new DLC

Thank you for your quick response to Stealthee's question. 

This issue is something that has to be investigated and that unfortunately is above my paygrade therefore I am going to refer this to our GTARP Development Lead ( @Stealthee) for him to, when he can, look into this further. There is no ETA to when this will be so you'll have to take this into consideration.
