Casino ban system rework

I will try keep this short and simple.

I banned myself from the casino as i was losing all of my money on black jack. A while later there is no possible way to ever use the casino again. I don't think this is fair and i do like playing at the casino.

I think when you ban yourself you get a minimum 1 month cool down and then after that if you do want to go back its 250k for a casino membership. 

(Don't give me the its like real life. There are many things in the server that don't add up to real life and 2nd chances should be given)

 
There is a clear message when you decide to ban yourselves, and there is a clear reason why you banned yourselves.

 
It’s not meant to be like real life, it’s meant to help people who have an irl gambling addiction avoid gambling ingame. There’s a clear warning that it’s permanent before you do it.

I don't have an IRL gambling addiction, I enjoy blackjack, the slots and spinning the wheel.

You can try, but due to the warning message I think you'll find it's a loosing battle. 😉

I agree though, there should be something implemented where you can 'Buy' back your membership. 
Or at the very least some way in RP that you can go about getting it back.

it states very clearly that this is a system put in place for those who cant handle their gambling addiction and it cannot be reversed. that is on you for not thinking if it is the right decision or not...

People make mistakes. I know what it said, and since then its saved me a lot of money but for it to be 100% permanent is taking away the whole casino for me to play in, in a game. I don't want to make a new character just to play cause bragging about how much you won or lost at the casino or what you won on the wheel is apart of it all.

at the time i was spending all my money and it has been a nice break and i have made money other means. Now i want to come back and it being impossible is just not fair in my eyes. I want to be able to go to the casino with my firends and talk about it with my friends after. 

 
Unfortunately I beleive your only option now days is to roll dice

I get why you think it would be a good idea to add it in like this but I don't think it would be a good idea to implement unfortunately

At best I would say it's something that maybe could be appealed in a ticket but getting banned from a casino is usually a permanent ordeal

You claim you have no gambling addiction, this ban is there for those who want to STOP their gambling addiction. If you had a gambling addiction thats fine, it happens. But then to claim something different when the message is right there stating PERMANENT, there's no excuse for that. Sorry but a -1 from me for the simple reason that the message is clearly STATED that its permanent

For that character, Nothings stopping me from making a new one and playing on that one. So why not make it possible to do it on my main if am going to anyways.  If the ban is to stop IRL temptations then the gambling ban would be on the payer IP and cant play on any accounts/character.

I don't believe there should be a way to reverse the decision to ban yourself of the casino. Its a tool to defend yourself from yourself essentially. Having a way out of the ban negates the whole reason of it.

If people want to gamble regardless they can make a new character and gamble on there instead.

This will keep their 'main' safe and they can still engage in gambling activities.

This makes no sense. So i can make a new pointless character with no RP background just to gamble and i cant on my main? Don't get it. 

 
No way keep the system how it is, I know some people who have a serious gambling addiction and this has helped. Remember you can always make someone else bet for you.

 
Staff can put this in rejected now. lol worth a try.  Thanks for everyone's inputs 🙂
