Is it ilegal to capture zones?

We at HFH would like to make the blackmarket into a safe rook store but most of us are in police so we are wondering if it would get us kicked or not?

If you are capping a zone captured by a gang you are just asking for trouble. Could pull the "self defense" card i suppose even tho you did agro the owners to attack you

Its a zone were the income comes from illegal trading. So from the top of my head, it should not be allowed.

Yes, it is and it will.

Capturing a rebel outpost is making money from illegal activities, a.k.a ill-gotten gains.
