Should be easy on an unlocked intel K CPU - boot into your bios and see what overclocking options you have - you're looking for Core Ratio Multiplier. Usually your baseclock is 100mhz, then is multiplied by the ratio. 35 = 3.5Ghz.

On my 4790k i7 i have my ratio at 48 for 4.8GHz.
