What vehicles cannot be chop shopped?

I know three vehicles that cannot be sold, hellcatt, Huron, and hemtt mover, boy the amount of times I have gotten my hemtt mover stolen and seen people try to sell it XD

To put it simple: jack shit

It does not have a virtual storage so you cant do legal/drug runs, it only fits two people aswell. So you might ask why the fuck would you buy it? Well, its my number 1 get away vehicle as cops rebels, cant do shit with it, they can try and shoot the tyres, but goodluck with that. And if yer a shit driver like me, then it doesnt matter what you hit/run into, it will go down/explode and not you! :3
