After being a bounty hunter for a few days now, I noticed that it's REALLY hard to arrest people. First reason is that people know exactly for how much they're wanted so they always avoid police/bounty hunters all the time and always have their roleplay prepared. Second reason is that it's really hard to get a player to say his own real name so you can arrest him, most of the time they just simply lie and just walk away with me unable to do anything about it. So I'm just wondering, are bounty hunters allowed to roleplay that they recognize someone's face from wanted list so they can just immediately arrest them or do they must find out their name somehow?

yeah but for what reason can I take them to the HQ in the first place? I must find a good reason first so I can legally arrest them.
So we bounty hunters have the right to metagame till they make it easier for us to identify criminals?

I understand the photo thing as currently thats the only way they can be found, but if they have a covered up face you cant use that, if I see a bounty hunter doing that even though there face is covered they will be arrested themselves for wrongful arrest and wasting police time and the "criminal" will go freeexcept for when they say "we have a photo of you wearing a shemag & a picture without"

Unless there name is James or JOHNSNOW and they just read the name above your head, confront you with your name and attempt to send you to jail. Avoid those two in kavala with your life. Its boring as hell i can assure you.i payed off a bountyhunter once

Yeah, usually if you roleplay the shit out of it well enough, the criminals are pretty decent with it, and they will be okay with you, but as a bounty hunter, i recommend doing the street run near kavala with 3 shops, and see if you can get to one while it's being robbed, but try not to get in the way of the police ^^
Pcso's and cso's will be more than happy to help you identify people at the station if they aren't on patrol, it gives us some rp practice too, Try not to bother the higher ranks with stuff like this, as they have gun fights and car chases to do. Also, if you could wait at the gate at the police station that'd be cracking, it's hard to drop off a police hatchback when your vehicles are in the compound. i think in the last two days ross, you've wasted most of my fingerprinting kits
