thank you for asking, Its hosted on my own quad core Linux Centos 6 OS box ...

100 Mbit up/down and 5 TB a month Bandwidth

100GB SSD

4GB Ram

and only $5 a month I was amazed when I founf the deal of a lifetime

That's mine, its not great, but can host escape altis/stratis along side 3 minecrap servers, lol

yup your right its a VPS but also im not using it for heavy loads like gaming thats why its awesome as a multi Teamspeak servers and as the admin was asking the question I have 5 TS licenses meaning 5x 512 slots ... you can ask why so many its because I like the flexability it gives me and since they auto renew themselves as your fully aware thats about it.

Did you buy the licences or apply ?

I'm sure you get the message, Also wilco while your reading I'd be seriously interested in becoming a developer - I've been seriously impressed with skinning and the likes on Altis would love to do some design work if you'd be willing to show me the basic tools to get started.
