Mainly its because of @Wilco's internet speed (well, upload speed). The so called "configuration" is one change, 1 to 0.5 :p

#BlameWilco'sInternet for not uploading the file 20 minutes ago.

It was a lot more than the donation change anyway, it was a few bug-fixes and cleanups.
