Hello and welcome to my cryptic challenge! You thought that there was little to no intellectual skill involved on the island of Altis, well my friends this is not at all true. I have set up this challenge for people to prove their intelligence, as this is a trait that could be used in your journeys. Think of this as a puzzle. However if there are individuals that continue to solve these challenges, they could possibly end up being recruited!

im fairly certain that binary is suppose to have spaces in it

It's just binary ASCII mate, he's not formatted it correctly.

Never the less, the puzzle is still solvable as I have tested. I'll hint to you that even if it looks like you have come to a dead end with the binary to text translation, you actually haven't. Use your initiative people.

Well this whole process is similar to the work of the great Cicada 3301 my friend, and what I mean by this is that I want to highlight the intellectually active.
