@Doohicky When you apply and get denied you cannot reapply via the form.

ah... I thought the application would get removed/filed away and it would let you re-use it (at least it gives me the option, but maybe something changed)

They cleared the apps when you were 'gone'

basically, you can only apply once, this is because people would just change forum name and reapply with a new age, whenever their is a police purge we clear the apps, I will leave you're application for one of the Academy members, if non reply to you, message one on TS or message me and I will find one to look into it.
