Hello; I am in need of money, so I have to sell my house that is really close to the drug dealer in Kavala.
 
You can easily park your vehicle behind the house; transfer all the drugs into the container; so that you do not need to worry about your vehicle or your truck. (Police cannot scrap your vehicle, it cannot be stolen with your hard earned drugs either)
 
It holds up to 2 containers. (capacity of 1600 at max, I guess, I only have one which holds 800)
 
Price 875,000 Pounds (house price that you will pay is excluded)

i think its more to do with the fact it is easily used for drug selling, rather than being a useful spawn point.
