Looking for a Mr. Washington!

Hello everyone! My name is James Lemmen, I'm currently a Special Police Constable of the Altis Police Department. Yesterday a man going by the name of Washington came to the station and said his silver SUV was stolen by a "Hobo" in a white/blue striped shirt, and missing hair on his head. I then geared up and went out with my colleague Senior Police Constable Ash Mycaels to find this stolen SUV, Since Mr. washington gave us an "estimated distance" tracker, we found it in about 45 minutes. I then tried to contact Mr. Washington with the number he gave me: 07720431696 and I got a response saying he was on his way. But he never showed up, so this is why I'm posting this publicly, if you know Mr. Washington or if Mr. Washington sees this then please let him know to come down to the Athira Police HQ where his silver SUV has been in the evidence locker all night (where else did you want me to put it?)

Muahaha it was all a ruse, completely worth the 40,000 pounds for the SUV! Oh, and the MXM Silenced with a DMR scope that was in the backpack. I'm guessing the hobo stole that >.>
