Shipwreckage?!

So, ive been playing couples days now and quite like the server. The only problem ive run into is shipwrecks...

For the love of god i cant get these to work. Ive done everything from buying license to boats to gear and a pickaxe. But everytime i go near the wreckages i just keeps repeating "You need to be close to a mine"..

I'm at a loss at what to do and what i am doing wrong.

Dont know if this is the wrong place to post this but help would be appreciated.

Use an extractor. Buy them from markets or boat stores.

I tried buying one from market, there was none for sale. So i guess the new buy location for them is boat store?

They are called Excavators and are for sale at the markets.

Can they be sold out because every time i visited the markets there were none for sale.

Still cant find excavators anywhere, dealer nor market nor general store sells them.

They got it at the markets, but one guy who definitely got one is the Antique Dealer north of Kavala.
