Since you get ban for using tidle key. How Do i make A warning message to the chopper? Just start firing bullet?

I've asked this question as well.

Right now, I just fire a few warning tracer shots across the front of the chopper (so the pilot can see the bullets).

Give it some time, and if it doesn't leave then open fire.

It's a bit poor from a role-play perspective, but what else can we do, just sending a message to anyone in that situation is admitting that you tilde / meta-gamed their name and is a bannable offence... Yay.....

Well with the helicopter it has always been that if you tilde key and find out their name you would send a message that you have tracked the tail number to their name as they signed in as the designated pilot of the aircraft on altis today. Thereby providing the RP in how you found out what their name was. Then you could state they would need to leave the airspace. It would be the same as us contacting the ACT and find out who he was.

What I was told to do once was tilde key it and text him but say it was a general aviation broadcast to all aerial units within 1 km of my area

Yes, but now the rules state, using the tilde key for ANYTHING other than getting names of server rule breakers is a bannable offence.

Even though what you're saying is all in RP, it's still technically breaking the new rule.

I've asked the admins to clarify the rule in this situation in the Rules Discussion thread, just waiting for a response.

I see it indeed needs to be changed to have a few exceptions like this stated example otherwise we would need to resort to giving warning shots wich is far worse IMO then just RPing it.

@WILDMAN It would be possible to make an area broadcast but that would get messy. Now on the hand as a civ or rebel I hear you wouldn't be able to use it. Just RP it so that you stole a radio from a cop the ATC wouldn't know your voice and if you have access to their "Channel" you must be trusted right? Right? So then they tell you the pilot of said tail number and voila you just RP the situation that you have gotten the pilot of the aircraft with a stolen radio. You can make it even better as a civ or rebel. Call your brother who might supposedly work at the ATC. Millions of options man.

This is an exception for police, The name MUST NOT be used... and any message sent must be stated it's on an emergency ATC Frequency to an unknown pilot.
