Admin- Question about bounty hunters

Please can an admin answer this.

Just wanted to clarify something with you if it was ok with you as it I cant find the answer anywhere, as a bounty hunter, if I see someone doing a crime that does not yet have a bounty can I citizens arrest him till the police come? 

Because in really life you would be able to to citizens arrest someone doing a crime.

As I am getting mixed reply's from people and there no real rules anywhere to find on the forums

The 4 police officer I asked have said it was ok, but someone else said it was not, so would like to get an Admins take on it.

As this is a RP server I don't see a problem with it as this is great RP.

If you see someone committing a crime as a BH you can intervene and attempt to detain the suspect, but you must becareful as you are not a Police Officer. Bounty Hunters are in a funny place right now, so becareful about how you approach the situation, be sure you're in the right, and they're in the wrong. And for the love of god, record what you're doing.

That what I was under the impression, but wanted to get an admin to lay down the rules so I know. Because don't want to break any server rules by mistake.

@Vladic Ka  As I was told by the said person that I cant, and that I should ask you.

Ill post my thoughts on this later. Working on the ban disputes at the minute.
