Vehicle Seat Upgrade Textures

I've noticed that on a number of cars (it's probably all local cars that have certain seat upgrade options but I can't be sure), when you go to select a different type of seat, the textures are messed up and appear to be a weirdly stretched/cut up picture of various engine bays rather than an actual seat looking material. I've got a video below of the issue on the Futo GTX, but I know for a fact there are other cars with the same issue, I just can't remember which ones they were.
