Speedo Express lights

When the engine on the Speedo Express is on any light it being lightbar, headlights or anything will light up no matter if you turn all your headlights off. Only when turning the engine off they will disable.

Please note that the intensity of the lights are a lot dimmer normally, just NVE messing about.
