LoA Cool ( Action: Ban Issued 04/09/2014 )

LoA Cool ( rdm and bug abuse ), LoA Slacky ( Killing on VIP Island ) The video is Hard evidence and ban is imminent, please lock it as fast as possible.
Description of what happened:
LoA clan are chased from the bank after a successful bank robbery, they think VIP Island is a safe heaven and decide to trap them selves in it where the cops successfully block the bridge and corner them in it. LoA Slacky decides to shoot cop inside VIP Island to protect his clan, while LoA cool is restrained, escorted into hunter by CI God. Once he is pulled out of the car his restrains are broken which is a common bug, he immediatly abuses that and rdms CI God immediately.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Yes we did, they keep arguing on the fact that abuse of game mechanics is not in the rules while the FIRST Rule on the forums title is about exploiting.

I prefer having the full story instead of a lot of 20 seconds videos that only give the half story. If you look at my video you can see that I end up in the roof meaning I'm unstrained. You can see that I am restrained before as well in my video. 

besides this, realistically, we'd be able to take the gun off your back, however, game mechanics, we try and ask you in a safer location, and even then people spray.

in this instance;

 - you were restrained.

 - you were driven to HQ

 - you were pulled out

 - you turned, opened fire, breaking RP.

I don't need a back story, I don't care if the cops tea-bagged everyone that died at the scene, this is a report about you breaking RP due to a bug in the code.

If you have evidence on the cops tea-bagging everyone on scene (this is an example btw) it should be a separate report.

Does the back-story give you rights to break RP?

Does someone-else breaking RP give you the right to break RP?

Since that the cops broke roleplay then in my eyes yes. 

I've seens loads of cops breaking RP duo to others breaking RP. So apparently thats legal.

I ve seen too many videos and reports about you LOA Cool, I have issued a ban... LOA Cool you have the right to appeal if you have not already been banned in the past.

VIP Island you cannot kill anyone, If you think the cops are treating you unfairly then dont react... you record it then leave at the first opportunity you can and report it.

You have broken 2 very serious rules here.
