Can't get in car after using Jerry can

Door won't open after refuelling with a Jerry can, happens on jets, cars, helicopters. Tried locking and unlocking, can't get in passenger side either. I came back a few hours later and was able to get in.

I had the same issue. Couldn't punch, change weapons or get in any vehicles.

Only fix seemed to be relogging

And relogging means the car gets impounded, not fun when you are in the desert.
