Extract the Launcher first before you open it. As far as i can see it's trying to open in a temporary folder.

​Ahh couldn't see correctly, however if you do face any issues, might want to switch to h264 encoder instead of x264, saves a lot of resources and won't impact the gaming experience. (Quality won't be as good as x264) Just my 2 cents.

I've used shadowplay, xsplit etc, but was looking for a tool that could also easily trim and upload my stuff. i've been using plays.tv (same idea as shadowplay, record up to last 20 minutes of gameplay) and been very satisfied how easy it is to record trim and upload my videos.

I saw you were using shadowplay, did you use it for streaming as well?

This issue occurs only when i'm not logged on in Google Chrome, haven't tried any other browers. Looks like it's missing it's CSS, however as soon as i logon issue seems to be resolved. Can reproduce even after a complete cache clear.
