I can see this is a problem if it is the same gang doing it all the time. But its kind of hard for everyone to coordinate this. So if 4 cops are taken hostage and its 4 different gangs doing it. Then there is not much that can be done.

I was there when this happened, and was one of several to report this when it happened. I have encountered him several times in game, and he was alright, though he didn't care about hostages. But he seemed to have just gone crazy all of a sudden.

We told GAMING that he could not reveal our location, guess that did not help. Also, a bit of RP when he first arrived to execute us would be nice, we were just sitting there as cannon fodder.
