I have been doing the ride alongs but im not confident enough to go to the interview im kinda scared because i am not the most confident in real life

All the interviewers are pretty sound. Don't be a dick to them and they are pretty sound.

Rebel gangs also have their reputation to keep, which is why they have age limits / experience limits.

Well there is age limits for a reason like I said. Try and join the police to gain your experience on the server and then try for rebel gangs if you get an established name.

As Dylan said - getting yourself established somewhat does make it easier. I think you'd be hard-pressed to find someone here who wasn't robbed blind when they started! I used to HATE getting robbed. You just need to find something to do or a way to play that lets you build up a little, even if it does mean being a lone ranger for a bit.

I think activity has dropped a little recently - but if you see anyone from AEGIS online, you can always ask them for a hand. I recommend you try doing some delivery missions, you will make some cash plus it lets you travel around the island and see it all, even if you did get robbed you arent going to lose much. Or you can try some of the lesser-done commodities for civs like glass, cider, cement etc. or try joining the police.

You say you're not a confident person for the interview - don't sweat it. No one is going to rip on you or anything like that. If you dont pass the interview dont let it get to you, take it in stride, ask where you can improve etc. Make it a mission to complete, rather than a mountain to overcome

This game is what YOU make it @Josh15. You make a bit of cash so you can comfortably get yourself some items without always being broke, join a few gangs - even if they're as new as you, it at least gives you people to play with.

Some of the bigger and more established ones might not let you in due to the age/xp restrictions they have but you dont want to just launch yourself into the deep end anyway.

Definitely try the police and their young recruits program, you may surprise yourself with just how great you can be!

Join a gang like LOV , they will help you.

@Josh15 - Hoggie is a top lad and the run ins with LOV have been always been enjoyable. You'll have good fun there!

If you want to have some advice on the police interview I went through it about a month ago and can give you some advice for it if you like, it really is an opportunity to get to know you thats all + just to make sure you know the rules and have a bit of common sense!  Nothing to worry about, and once you are in everyone is always very accomodating! Guys a lot of people have promised to make money with me but never live up to them promises

Best thing I ever did before joining the Police was creating my own gang, you will learn all about people by doing it, and you can organise it the way you want too! Make money your way! (gangs can make money legally, and if its legal and you contact the police then you always have support )
