Tricky, without trying to resolve you cant really make a report. But like you say it would ruin the stream if you had to stop to argue the toss with a .. tosser. I would say direct an admin to your saved clip at a later date.

I've had some clear cut cases of RDM lately and VDM, obviously I'd prefer to educate players on what they did wrong but yeah, A lot I've let go, I'm starting to think I shouldn't be so lenient as these people still roam the server punishment free. 

If you let me know their names @Banana Duckas well as any info about it I can have a chat with them when I'm watching if you wish. Can't do bans, that is for staff really, but I can at least talk to them and pass it onto staff if they aren't willing to be civil.
