Why do you think you were banned: I am going to be fully truthful here i was banned because someone wiped my characters name because it was named Phil Mcalfe which is my genuine roleplay name i didn't think much of it i thought i had to change my name so i changed it to Phil Metcalfe and then i was playing in city when i was annoyed as i got RDMed and i died so i was waiting 15 mins and no NHS came to save me to when i held E to see the light i spawned up at paleto trying to get a phone and the second i manage to get a phone i get kicked saying change my name again i was furious about this so i made a ticket and ill fully be honest i was upset so i was abit rude in the ticket i didnt directly swear at a staff member but i said "what's wrong with my fucking name" i was annoyed in the moment and the staff member who was assisting me was taking a long time to reply i asked multiple times what's wrong with my name its my roleplay name he wouldn't answer my question and then proceeded to ban me for not being 18 and for breaking rule G5.1 ive read the rule i understand that but i didnt know about any celebrities under the name metcalfe and my original name was mcalfe not metcalfe and i got kicked for it im not rude and im not an asshole he then when assumed i was not 18 because of the way i talk he went to. ban me for not being 18 i asked him multiple times please hop in a vc with me so i can explain myself as i am bad with words but i am not a minor that made me kinda annoyed that he assumed that but i do apologise if i came off in a rude way
Why should we unban you: I understand that i broke rule G5.1 and i will gladly change my name if you guys make the decision to unban me and i do very much apologise if i was rude to the staff that was assisting me i was heated in the moment of getting kicked after spending an hour tryna do something then the staff assuming i was a minor i am 18 i wouldn't lie about my age i just found it ridiculous how they didnt explain why my name was against the rules until later on in the ticket please consider this ban i apologise to any of the staff members i upset and yeah overall i apologise and what do i need to do to prove im 18 im not a minor

If you would've spent less time arguing, swearing and being rude and entitled in the ticket; You would've had the answer to your question a lot faster.
- As I am sure anyone would understand, we will not tolerate such behavior used against us - and stopping that became the first task in your support ticket before proceeding with the actual issue at hand. Not to mention how you, because the responses didn't come through quick enough (despite a staff member actively typing in the channel), stated 'I am going to use this name anyways, you're taking too long'.

Your complete disregard to our rules and requests, in combination with your behavior, ultimately led to the belief that there is no way the user is in fact old enough to play here (18+).

Once you had calmed down, somewhat, it was explained to you as to why the name was requested to be changed; Due to your behavior and impatience however, you now suffer the consequences.
"I was angry, I was heated in the moment" excuses don't fly.

If you get angry in, let's say a supermarket, and throw all the products from the shelves down on the floor, or scream at their staff; Will they not throw you out? There's not much difference here - We too have chosen to throw you out.

You ticked the box 'I have read the rules' when filing this appeal.
You claimed to have read them in the ticket as well when asked; Yet had to be told where to find the rules only a few minutes later.
You clearly have not read the rules, else you would know better than to try to contact staff via private messages

You claimed to be 18 years old in the ticket.
We've had 10 year-olds behave themselves better; I am sorry to say - This ban will remain, and it's all explained in detail as to why, in your ticket transcript.

- Again; We do not accept any official documents, pictures of ID cards etc. as proof of age, due to privacy reasons, GDPR and other reasons.

The duck in this case, is underage.
