I'm not saying this should be the procedure, but i would make some screenshots that would include the time and date and the garage that you were storing the vehicle and the cargo... that way no one could say you were exploiting... But what is beeing talked here is on restart all vehicles go...

It's not clear in there about what seems to be that you guys were doing,... As it's not in that link anything really related to what you guys were doing... where you get trucks full off drugs out of kavala garage to sell on drug dealer just after restart... if it's not weed/heroin/cocain maybe...

Did you take away the hostage comms? if you did then him and his friend are not good RPlayers... When taking a hostage always try to have a plan B and C... if things don't go like planned...  About the cops... ask to the negotiator to come alone... if the cops see that you are outnumbered...
