Tempest comes back after restart. Btw a plate carrier only cost 7,500 and a shemag is 750. But other than that since you didnt loose your tempest. That comes to a total of 44,507 so you can't be comped buddy. 100k is how much you need to have lost to be comped. Unless your tempest was scrapped.
