I did a fresh install on Arma and I am now getting 30 FPS on Very High settings, for anyone who needs  a quick fix 

Thank you oh so much. I did have overwolf installed, removed it and upped my settings and it appears to be fixed. UPDATE: This helped temporarily, however a few minutes after my FPS dropped down again to 8-9 everywhere

Not sure about the armed robbery, but yes anytime you murder anyone you will get one charge of muder/manslaughter per person you kill. If you kill a cop you get a cop killing charge. If it is self defense roleplay that to a cop and they will usually remove the bounty 

Went into a store yesterday and some nike t-shirts were 100 euros, so there really not all to unrealistic. 

In the skill tree? Yes you can learn more then 4 skills. There is a figure at the top of the ui telling you the max amount of skills you can learn. I believe it is 8 skills, don't quote me on that though.

Oh no I'm not saying it's a bad thing, it's a good thing. However everyone seems to be saying the same thing and they've said a few times for people to start giving suggestions how to change it. I agree though pointing it out isn't a bad thing, but if a few people got together and made a post...

A lot of people keep posting about how hard it is to get things and how much money it is. I'd like to see someone change this and suggest new prices, everyone is saying "make it easier" however that is not very exact and it's not helping a lot. This isn't aimed at you as it is a very well made...

Read my first reply, if you were in a gun fight and you had a wider camera-angle you would what's going around you a lot easier and it would make spotting targets easier.
